Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team. About the Role This is a part-time position requiring 10-20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, operations, industrial sales support, or B2B marketing. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with vendors for website revamp, hero machine video, brochures, and case studies • Collect content from installations, customers, and operators • Manage social media posting calendars and update CRM systems • Plan and execute monthly operator training sessions • Coordinate locations, trainers, communication, and certification • Build and manage operator WhatsApp communities • Support the onboarding of new dealers • Provide dealer kits, documentation, and training coordination • Track dealer-originated leads and performance metrics • Maintain weekly dashboards • Track KPIs (leads, demos, certifications, dealers, AMC, warranty) • Present weekly updates to senior management and drive accountability across teams Requirements • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask • Proven ability to manage vendors and push for timely delivery • High ownership attitude and structured working style • Tech-friendly (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp workflows, basic digital tools) Benefits This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment with opportunities for growth and development.
