The individual will coordinate distributed agile teams, manage cross‑functional delivery, strengthen governance, and ensure projects progress through defined stage gates. They will drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis, qualitative reviews, and robust risk management, while enabling alignment across global stakeholders. What you will do • Coordinate delivery across agile squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones and market readiness requirements. • Manage interdependencies across workstreams, proactively identifying risks and resolving delivery challenges to maintain momentum. • Oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning and milestone tracking to ensure timely, high‑quality output. • Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring timely and transparent communication with stakeholders. • Maintain comprehensive documentation including status updates, decision logs, escalation records, and lessons learned. • Lead workshops, support capability development, and contribute to process optimisation initiatives across global projects. • Manage the project pipeline from idea to approval stage, ensuring governance compliance and appropriate tracking. • Support the creation of strategic planning documents, budget oversight and risk assessments for enterprise‑wide initiatives. Who you are • Experienced in managing complex, multi‑market projects with distributed teams. • Skilled in agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, conflict resolution and milestone tracking. • Strong communicator with the capability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and act as an escalation point. • Experienced in coordinating large cross‑functional teams. • Proficient in maintaining structured documentation to support transparency and continuous improvement. • Hands‑on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for large enterprise initiatives. • Background in consultancy, advisory or process improvement roles.
