Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies. • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure smooth coordination. • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools. • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred. • 7+ years of project management experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience in budget management and cost control. • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in handling large-scale or multi-location projects. • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Experience working with senior leadership and clients.
