Senior Project Manager – US Healthcare Provider Business (RCM / AR) Location: Chennai Shift: US Shift Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead projects within the US Healthcare Provider Business , specifically focusing on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Accounts Receivable (AR) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management and transition management , with the ability to drive operational excellence, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management for RCM/AR processes. • Manage transition of new projects, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and client-specific requirements. • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner. • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in Project Management within the US Healthcare domain (RCM/AR). • Strong expertise in Transition Management and handling large-scale migrations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in US shifts . • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • 8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior project management role.
