The Job We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a dual role across client implementations and PMO initiatives. This person will own end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding projects while also executing internal and strategic programs that improve execution, visibility, and predictability across the organization. Responsibilities: • Client Implementations: • Manage end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation and onboarding projects. • Own scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Ops, and external stakeholders. • Drive UAT cycles, change management, and go-live readiness. • PMO and Strategic Projects: • Execute internal and cross-functional initiatives as part of the PMO. • Apply and follow defined project governance, standards, and best practices. • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards. • Provide clear execution visibility to leadership and senior stakeholders. • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools. • Execution and Delivery Excellence: • Drive clarity in ownership, accountability, and decision-making. • Identify risks early and course-correct proactively. • Balance structured execution with flexibility in a fast-growing environment. Must Have: • 6–8+ years of hands-on project management experience in SaaS, IT, or technology environments. • PMP certification. • Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering on time and within budget. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes. Good to Have: • Experience working in or with a PMO. • Enterprise SaaS implementation experience. • Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives. • Start-up or scale-up experience.
