Summary Lead large-scale, multi-workstream eLearning and corporate learning programs from inception through delivery and closure. This hands-on senior leadership role requires ownership of complex program delivery, stakeholder management, and execution discipline with senior internal and client stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end program delivery including scope definition, integrated project planning, and stakeholder alignment across Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, Technology, and Delivery teams. Manage risks, resources, budget tracking, quality oversight, and provide accurate forecasting and variance analysis to leadership. Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project with strong governance discipline and ability to manage high-stakes initiatives. Demonstrated stakeholder leadership, risk anticipation, resource optimization, and coaching ability with disciplined execution and continuous process improvement focus. Qualifications: Typically 8-12+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3-5 years in senior PM roles managing complex, multi-workstream programs, preferably in eLearning or corporate learning environments. Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PMP or similar certification is often expected.
