Role description Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in managing SAP projects for largescale portfolios specifically supporting clients in the United States. The role is based offshore in India and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and coordination skills to ensure seamless service delivery across time zones. Key ... Responsibilities Lead Project management for a large US based portfolio from India offshore ensuring SLA adherence and client satisfaction Manage end to end service operations including incident management, service requests, problem management and minor enhancements Coordinate with onsite teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and proactive communication Drive governance meetings, prepare operational dashboards, and present performance metrics to senior stakeholders Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal quality standards Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance service efficiency Manage offshore delivery teams including task allocation, performance monitoring, and mentoring Support transition and knowledge transfer activities for new accounts or expanded scope Collaborate with cross functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams and infrastructure support Handle escalations and ensure root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues Leadership Expectations Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for offshore AMS delivery Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performing support organization Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service delivery Act as a single point of contact for offshore delivery and coordinate effectively with onsite leads Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across US time zones Ensure proactive communication and timely updates on service performance and issue resolution Manage expectations and negotiate priorities in a multiclient environment Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. PMP certification is a plus. 10 years of experience in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in AMS project management Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience working with US clients and managing offshore delivery teams Ability to work flexible hours to support US time zones Skills Mandatory Skills : Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Benefits Management, Quality Management, Project Planning, Scope & Change Management, Schedule Management, Project Financial Management, Risk/Crisis Management, Project Governance.
