Senior Project Manager Bangalore / Full-Time Mareana is looking to continue to develop its innovative software platform serving the Life Science market. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced, complex environments while delivering exceptional business value. Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value. Lead and facilitate project governance including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.
