CLIENT: Leading Commercial property developer and operational management of premium ‘Grade-A’ commercial, retail, and mixed-use buildings, catering to elite and premium corporate and retail establishments in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Delhi. WE HAVE REQUIREMENT FOR A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER at Mumbai for their upcoming expansion plans. Key Drivers: • Lead coordination for refurbishment/brownfield projects in Mumbai providing technical inputs to site team. • Visit sites frequently to have a better control on the day-to-day activities. • Ensure resource availability and resource allocation at various project stages for maintaining project continuity. • Monitor project progress, minimizes project risks and ensures project closure within timeline. • Ensure effective project control measures on contractor, post construction. Ideal Incumbent: • Results oriented, Civil Engineer with demonstrated skills in refurbishment construction experience to renovate, restore, or upgrade existing buildings. • Refurbishment can involve anything from cosmetic updates like painting and flooring to more complex tasks like upgrading electrical systems, plumbing, or structural components. • Thorough understanding of the existing building's condition, careful planning, and efficient execution to achieve the desired improvements in functionality, appearance, and durability.
