This role is pivotal in managing complex, multi-vertical initiatives including: • Wet Lease Programs • Code Share Operations • Wide Body Aircraft Deployments • International Expansion Strategies Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate high-impact projects across multiple business verticals with strict adherence to timelines and budget. • Strategically manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external partners • Drive cost leadership initiatives through data-driven decision-making and process optimization. • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Develop and implement frameworks for risk mitigation, compliance, and quality assurance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements: • MBA or equivalent from a top-tier business school with specialization in Project Management. • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in aviation or other industries. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency. • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. • Experience in aviation operations is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
