Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead significant business transformation initiatives in Delhi, Delhi, IN. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and overseeing project teams to ensure timely delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex business transformation projects. • Define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk assessments. • Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance. • Oversee budget adherence and manage project expenditures effectively. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. • Manage change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives. • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all project outputs. • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed progress reports. • Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned for future projects. • Ensure projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and drive desired business outcomes. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation or change management. • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with significant budgets and cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
