• Lead the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, RAID logs, and governance dashboards. • Manage scope, timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring adherence to PMO standards. • Drive daily/weekly stand‑ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and executive reviews. • Ensure high‑quality deliverables with strong alignment to acceptance criteria.
