About the Role We are hiring a Senior / Project Manager – HVAC to handle large-scale HVAC projects, mainly VRF systems and ventilation works. The role involves managing execution, costing, and leading a small project team to ensure timely and profitable project completion.🚨 Urgent requirement.Key Responsibilities• End-to-end execution of HVAC projects• Handling large VRF projects (any brand) and ventilation systems• Managing Project Engineers and Estimation Engineers• Ensuring project delivery as per timelines, quality, and budget• Supporting accurate project costing using current market rates• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams• Executing projects in Bangalore and nearby states.Required Skills & Experience• 7–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution• Strong exposure to VRF systems and ventilation• Good understanding of market pricing and cost control• Team handling and coordination skills• Ability to manage multiple project sites• Willingness to travel for nearby locationsWhat We Offer• Salary range: ₹7–8 LPA• Attractive incentives based on profitable project execution• Long-term role with growth opportunities• Exposure to large and challenging HVAC projects
