As Senior Project Manager on the Egnyte Professional Services team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. Your Qualifications: 5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources Experience handling escalations at all levels A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology Understanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred Willing to work during US Eastern time every day.
