Role Description The role of the Senior Project Manager/Team Lead (Dot Net & AI) at Evently Technologies is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, overseeing AI and Dot Net development projects, managing timelines, planning project deliverables, and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across web development projects • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices are followed • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in .NET technologies and frameworks • Strong understanding of web development and related programming languages • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI-related technologies/projects • Proven experience in project management and team leadership • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
