Senior Publisher Sales Manager

You will be joining Opinary, a part of Affinity Global Inc., a prominent international AdTech company known for its AI polling software used by publishers like the Financial Times, NBC Universal, Yahoo, and The Times of London. As a (Senior) Publisher Sales Manager, your role will involve spearheading the expansion of Opinary's Flex Poll product across Europe and the UK. • *Role Overview:** - Proactively identify, qualify, and convert a target list of 10M+ page views per month publishers to Opinary's Flex Poll. - Achieve a quarterly quota through new publisher acquisition and upselling current publishers. - Nurture and expand relationships with key international publisher accounts. - Take ownership of the sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide regular updates to management. - Become a product expert and effectively communicate Opinary's value proposition. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. • *Key Responsibilities:** - 3+ years of experience in AdTech publisher sales or SaaS sales. - Strong understanding of the digital publishing landscape and ad tech industry. - Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for sales tracking, reporting, and pipeline management. - Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDICC. - Growth Mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level), German proficiency is a plus. - Credible profile in the industry with a strong personal network. - Deep interest in publishers' data strategies and industry regulations affecting digital publishers. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
