Role Overview: You are a highly experienced Senior Python & AI Engineer responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Your role involves architecting solutions, driving technical strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery of key projects. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement scalable AI/ML systems and backend services using Python. - Oversee the design and development of machine learning pipelines, APIs, and model deployment workflows. - Review code, establish best practices, and drive technical quality across the team. - Lead a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and Python developers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations. - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum practices. - Develop and fine-tune models for NLP, computer vision, or structured data analysis based on project requirements. - Optimize model performance and inference using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. - Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies. - Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Own the end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring they meet performance and reliability goals. - Provide timely updates to leadership and manage client communication if necessary.
