NO FRESHER WILL BE PREFERRED HIRING We are hiring for Senior Python AI Engineer as a Full Time for IT Company Location- Pune Experience - 10+ years Budget - As per market standards Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Python AI Engineer to design and develop scalable backend systems and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, API architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI technologies such as Generative AI or Agentic AI. This role involves building end-to-end AI-driven applications, integrating data platforms, and deploying scalable solutions in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Backend Development • Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for data and AI applications. • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems. AI Application Development • Develop end-to-end applications leveraging Generative AI or Agentic AI frameworks. • Integrate LLMs, AI workflows, and intelligent automation solutions into business applications. • Work on AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and model integration. Data & Database Management • Work with SQL-based databases and Databricks (Genie & NLQ) for data processing and analytics. • Design efficient database schemas and data pipelines. • Ensure optimized data retrieval and processing for AI and analytics workloads. Cloud & Infrastructure • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. • Implement containerized deployments and scalable infrastructure. • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud best practices. Collaboration & Architecture • Work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to design AI-powered solutions. • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and scalable implementations. • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Required Skills Backend & Programming • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks • Experience building REST APIs and backend services Database & Data Platforms • Strong experience with SQL • Experience with Databricks (Genie & NLQ) • Knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server Cloud • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS preferred) AI & Emerging Technologies • Experience building end-to-end applications using Generative AI or Agentic AI frameworks (preferred) • Understanding of LLM integrations and AI workflows Good to have Skills • Front End: React + tailwind • AWS Bedrock and Agentcore- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar) • Exposure to vector databases and embeddings • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipeline • Knowledge of microservices architecture
