We are looking for highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building scalable backend systems and have exposure to AI/ML, this role is for you 🔹 Position Senior Python Developer 🔹 Experience 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in Python development 🔹 Location Remote 🔹Employment Type Full-time 🔹Role & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using modern Python frameworks • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Optimise application performance, reliability, and security • Design database schemas and optimise queries • Integrate third-party services and external APIs • Implement background jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processing • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues • Follow best practices for testing, logging, monitoring, and observability 🔹Required Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in Python (4+ years) • Experience with Python frameworks: • FastAPI / Django / Flask • Solid understanding of REST API design • Hands-on experience with databases: • SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) • NoSQL (MongoDB) • Experience with ORMs: • SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, etc. • Good understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, background tasks) • Experience with task queues/message brokers: • Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc. • Experience writing unit and integration tests • Knowledge of authentication & authorisation: • JWT, OAuth, role-based access control • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows 🔹AI / ML Skills • Experience integrating AI/ML models into backend services • Familiarity with libraries such as: • NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch (any) • Experience working with ML APIs, inference services, or data pipelines • Understanding of model deployment, versioning, or ML-based microservices is a plus 🔹Good to Have • Experience with microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines • Experience in performance optimisation and profiling • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and observability tools • Exposure to event-driven systems or real-time data processing 🔹Interested?
