They specialize in : • Accelerating AI research with elite engineering, data, and infrastructure talent • Helping enterprises convert AI proofs-of-concept into production-grade systems Role Overview : Senior Python Developer (Top Coder Track) We’re seeking top-tier Python developers with strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through competitive programming or data challenge platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle. This is a pure coding role, involving high-performance Python development for large-scale AI pipelines and backend systems. What You’ll Do • Build, test, and optimize high-performance Python systems for AI and data pipelines • Develop clean, modular, and production-ready backend components • Collaborate with data, infra, and research engineering teams • Write efficient and scalable code with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures • Stay updated with modern Python tools, frameworks, and best practices Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or related field • 4+ years of professional Python experience in production • Expert proficiency in Python & core libraries : • Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI (or similar) • Strong rating or top percentile presence on coding platforms : • LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Kaggle, etc. • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization • Strong coding fundamentals & system design skills • Working knowledge of Machine Learning / Data Science Preferred Qualifications • Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, or data processing pipelines • Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure) & CI / CD familiarity • Open-source contributions or developer tool-building experience • Comfort working in fast-paced, research-driven environments Bonus Skills • Recognized achievements in Kaggle, Codeforces, ICPC, TopCoder • Curiosity for performance tuning, scalability, and clean architecture Perks of Freelancing with Turing • 100% remote • Work with top-tier AI labs and research teams • High ownership and autonomy • Real-world engineering challenges Vetting : • Technical Interview (60 min) — Python, algorithms, system design • Delivery & Culture Fit Round (15 min)
