The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Python ecosystem and hands-on experience building scalable, maintainable systems. They should also have previous experience in DevOps tools and test automation. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring both technical excellence and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python.• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality code.• Utilize the Pydantic ecosystem—particularly Pydantic AI—to define and validate data models and ensure data integrity across applications.• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members when required.• Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Python-based systems.• Contribute to building robust CI/CD pipelines in a distributed architecture• Experience in test automation and continuous improvement tooling.Required Skills & Qualifications• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in QA and Test Automation• Strong understanding of the Python ecosystem, frameworks, and libraries.• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and data validation principles.• Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (Git).• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Nice to Have• Experience with AI/ML-related Python libraries or frameworks.• Exposure to data engineering or backend system architecture.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Why Join Us• Work on impactful projects in a fast-moving environment.• Opportunity to collaborate with a skilled, globally distributed team.• Flexible remote working arrangement.How to apply for this opportunity?• Step 1: Click On Apply!
