Senior Python Full-Stack Developer with AI/ML

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on applied AI, including LLM integrations, agent-based systems, automation workflows, and scalable backend services. You will work closely with product leaders, solution architects, and client stakeholders to translate business problems into reliable AI-powered systems. Key Responsibilities • AI & Engineering • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks. • Build scalable backend services supporting AI workflows and automation. • Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources. • Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of AI systems in production. • Implement guardrails, monitoring, logging, and evaluation for AI outputs. • Architecture & Delivery • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions. • Lead end-to-end implementation from prototype to production. • Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy are best practices. • Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering standards. • Collaboration & Enablement • Work with client teams to understand requirements and use cases. • Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with AI Enablement Engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Required Qualifications • Core Requirements • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering from Top universities in India • Minimum of 8 years experience as software engineer in development and/or consulting role • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience building production-ready backend systems (REST APIs, microservices) • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.) • Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and system design. • AI / ML Experience • Experience with one or more of the following: LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, similar) • Agent-based systems and workflow automation • Prompt engineering and evaluation. • Vector databases and embeddings. • Practical understanding of ML concepts (training is a plus, not mandatory). Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes • Startup or fast-paced product environment experience • Experience working directly with enterprise or global clients. • Exposure to AI governance, safety, or compliance frameworks. Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and take ownership. • Comfortable collaborating across time zones • Mentoring mindset and leadership capability.
