Job Description We are seeking a Senior React Developer who can take ownership of frontend architecture, build high-quality and performant user interfaces, and guide best practices across projects. The ideal candidate has deep experience with React, TypeScript, state management, UI libraries, and performance optimization, and is comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript • Build and manage complex state using Redux or equivalent state management libraries • Implement reusable, maintainable UI components using established UI libraries or design systems • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, responsive, and accessible interfaces • Optimize frontend performance including rendering efficiency, bundle size, and runtime behavior • Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure reliable data flow • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Review code, enforce frontend best practices, and mentor junior developers • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex frontend and performance-related issues • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, standards, and documentation Required Qualifications (Must-Have) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 5–8 years of frontend development experience with strong expertise in React • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries • Experience working with UI libraries / design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Chakra, etc.) • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows • Solid understanding of component-based architecture and scalable frontend systems • Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication Good to Have (Preferred) • Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks • Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO considerations • Experience with modern build tools and bundlers (Vite, Webpack, etc.) • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best practices
