About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Senior React Developer / Software Developer Lead to join their team at Technopark, Trivandrum. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js who are passionate about building modern, high-performance web applications and leading front-end development initiatives. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering next-generation web applications while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and backend teams. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy modern web applications using React.js and Next.js • Lead front-end development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences • Ensure high performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness of applications • Conduct code reviews and enforce front-end best practices and standards • Implement scalable, real-time solutions using GraphQL, React Query, and WebSockets • Participate in project estimation, planning, and delivery activities • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends • Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely project execution Required Technical Skills • Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes) • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS • Experience with Redux or Zustand for state management • Strong understanding of component-based architecture • Experience working with GraphQL and React Query • Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time communication • Solid knowledge of Webpack, Vite, and modern build tools • Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control • Practical experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Messaging, Storage, etc.) Leadership & Delivery Skills • Proven ability to lead a team of 4+ developers • Experience in project estimation, sprint planning, and delivery management • Ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments • Exposure to performance optimization and front-end security best practices • Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications Who You Are • A senior front-end engineer with strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Comfortable leading teams and making technical decisions • Self-driven, proactive, and quality-focused • Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams • Passionate about clean code, modern UI practices, and continuous learning Why Join ? • Work on next-generation web applications • Lead impactful projects with a talented engineering team • Opportunity to influence architecture and front-end standards • Collaborative work culture at Technopark, Trivandrum
