We’re looking for a highly reliable, proactive Senior React / Node.js Developer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and working closely with clients. This role is ideal for someone who takes accountability seriously, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers high-quality production systems on time. 🧠 What You’ll Do • Own projects end-to-end — from requirement understanding to final delivery. • Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements, suggest improvements, and provide regular updates. • Build scalable, maintainable, high-performance web applications. • Lead and mentor developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Take full accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction. • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Ensure clean architecture, solid database design, and best practices. 🛠️ Technical Skills (Must Have) • 5+ years of hands-on experience with: • React.js • Node.js • PostgreSQL • Next.js • NestJS • Tailwind CSS • Strong database design fundamentals (normalization, indexing, performance). • Experience deploying applications to cloud environments. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, GCS, IAM, etc.) • Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture. 🤖 AI-First Development Mindset (Big Plus) • Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as: • Replit • Claude Code • Cursor. 💡 Who You Are • Excellent client communication skills. • Quick to understand project requirements and business context. • Extremely proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Consistently delivers projects on time, every time. • A natural team lead who sets standards and raises the bar. • Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable.
