You will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing comprehensive financial analysis to support investment decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. **Responsibilities:** • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various property types and markets. • Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to assess market trends, demand, and competitive landscapes. • Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, IRR, and ROI analyses, to project property performance. • Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial, legal, and physical inspections. • Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and investment committees. • Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for value enhancement. • Negotiate terms and conditions for acquisitions and dispositions. • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry professionals. • Stay abreast of real estate market dynamics, economic indicators, and regulatory changes. • Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm's investment strategies. • Assist in asset management activities and portfolio reporting. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field. • Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking. • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel. • Deep understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and property markets. • Experience with due diligence processes and risk assessment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with real estate databases and market research tools. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
