Jetpac was awarded Travel eSIM of the Year. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and global markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable managing mid–senior, niche, and high-priority roles across GTM, and G&A. You will partner closely with leaders and hiring teams to design hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Immediate joiners will be given strong preference. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment • Own end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles—from mid-level to senior and strategic positions including contract roles. • Work with hiring managers to define requirements, design interview processes, and drive hiring outcomes. • Manage multiple requisitions across functions without compromising on quality or speed. Sourcing & Talent Strategy • Build effective sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, market mapping, and talent intelligence. • Create and maintain proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Use data and insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes. Candidate & Stakeholder Experience • Deliver a consistent, high-touch, positive experience for candidates. • Advise and influence stakeholders using market data and recruiting best practices. • Maintain transparent communication and regular updates to leadership and hiring teams. Recruitment Operations • Maintain accurate data, process discipline, and reporting in the ATS and other tools. • Partner with People Ops on offers, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding activities. • Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives as needed. What You Bring • 7–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven experience hiring across multiple geographies, not limited to India. • Strong sourcing skills, including passive talent outreach and market mapping. • Experience working in or recruiting for startups is strongly preferred. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities. • Thrives in lean team structure and willing to drive recruitment end to end. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. • Strong ownership mindset, professionalism, and discretion. • Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
