We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter & HR Executive to take on a dual-function leadership role. This position combines full-cycle recruitment responsibilities — spanning both school-based and in-house staffing — with the broader strategic and operational duties of an HR Executive. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a champion of documentation best practices, and a trusted HR advisor capable of managing people operations at an executive level. Qualification: MBA Job Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for academic, administrative, counseling, and support staff positions across assigned schools and educational institutions. 2. Partner with school principals, department heads, and district administrators to understand staffing needs, timelines, and compliance requirements. 3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates ensuring alignment with curriculum needs and school culture. 4. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with school calendars and board-mandated procedures. 5. Maintain accurate records of all school recruitment activities including pipelines, feedback, and onboarding documentation. 6. Ensure all school hiring adheres to regulatory, accreditation, and child-safeguarding standards. Desired profile of the candidate: 1. Support the development and execution of the HR strategy in alignment with organization. 2. Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior management and school leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. 3. Contribute to the design and review of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. 4. Oversee the performance management cycle including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. 5. Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with sensitivity and compliance. 6. Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires across school and in-house functions. 7. Manage employee lifecycle processes including probation reviews, contract renewals, transfers, and off-boarding. 8. Monitor employee engagement and retention, recommending initiatives to improve workplace culture and satisfaction.
