Key Responsibilities • Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth • Achieve branch-level sales targets across financial fitness products: • Goal planning, budgeting & taxation • Loans, insurance, investments & estate planning • Provide customized financial advisory to HNI & retail clients • Build long-term client relationships, improve retention and wallet share • Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue metrics • Lead and manage sales teams & channel partners • Execute lead generation via telecalling, referrals, local marketing & partnerships • Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance Eligibility & Skills • 8+ years experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Services Sales • Strong expertise in client acquisition, revenue management & analytics • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of financial products and compliance norms Certifications (Preferred) • CFP preferred • NISM XA–XB (or willingness to pursue) Benefits • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off & Parental Leave • Learning & Development Programs • Performance-based incentives & recognition • Team outings & employee referral rewards
