Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for research in AI Governance. The Senior Research Scientist will undertake complex research tasks, develop innovative algorithms, and contribute to the advancement of safe AI practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting rigorous R&D, formulating problem of AI compliance for a given medical device or healthcare AI System and find compliance solution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine AI technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong background in Computer Science and Algorithms Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and applied research Understanding of Physics and its application in AI systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary environment Experience in the Medical/health industry is a plus PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
