The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Global Revenue Recognition team is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst based in LinkedIn’s Bengaluru office. This individual will work cross functionally with our Productivity Engineering, Strategic Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure the accuracy of revenue and reporting. This role will report to the Senior Revenue Manager and will be part of a dynamic revenue team with great career development opportunities and exposure to exciting new products and offerings. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, an inquiring mind, and a positive attitude. Having the ability to adapt to change and shift priorities quickly while maintaining organization and accuracy will be key for this role. While focusing on details, this candidate can consider the big picture and make recommendations for compliant processes that support LinkedIn’s future growth. Responsibilities: • Partner with Strategic Finance, Tax, and Legal teams, to provide meaningful financial insights, and providing ad-hoc reporting as needed • Partner with Productivity Engineering to ensure the accuracy of reporting and execute User Acceptance Testing • Execute monthly revenue accounting close activities and deliverables (i.e. journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics and reporting) • Assist with SOX compliance and internal and external audits and participate in special projects • Evaluate process and system infrastructure to assist in process improvement initiatives • Analyze large sets of data and identify key drivers to support trends in key financial metrics (i.e. revenue, unearned revenue, and contracted not billed) Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years in accounting, audit, Revenue or Quote to Cash • 3+ years experience with Oracle and/or Zuora • 3+ years Knowledge of MS Office Suite of Products (Excel and PowerBI) Preferred Qualifications: • Team player with the ability to simultaneously drive numerous projects, as well as identify, resolve and prioritize differing business issues • A versatile and driven team player with the ability to build relationships while executing on deliverables • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, as well as with cross-functional teams • Knowledge and experience in SAAS and ASC 606 guidance • Experience with SOX 404 internal control assessment and risk assessment • Project management skills, Analytical skills, extremely accurate and attention to detail • Experience with AI/Gen-AI Suggested Skills: • Revenue Accounting & ASC 606 (SaaS) • Advanced Financial Analytics (Excel, Power BI, Oracle/Zuora) • Cross‑functional Communication & Project Execution Additional Information India Disability Policy LinkedIn is an equal employment opportunity employer offering opportunities to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
