About The Role As a Senior Rewards Analyst you will: • Collect, organise, and analyse compensation and benefits data from internal and external sources to support decision-making. • Assist in job evaluation, job levelling, and benchmarking to ensure fairness and market alignment. • Help run surveys, benchmarking studies, and annual compensation review processes. • Maintain and update data in our rewards systems, and help create reports and dashboards that track key compensation and benefits metrics. • Support the delivery of employee programs, including bonuses, benefits, and equity, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication. • Prepare communication materials, presentations, and resources that make complex rewards topics simple and accessible for employees. • Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. What We Are Looking For • 3+ years of experience in HR, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics • Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy and timeliness are critical in this role. • Strong data analysis and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with HR systems (Workday, etc.) is a plus. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. • Clear communicator who can simplify complex data and processes for different audiences. • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow.
