Senior Ruby on Rails Fullstack Developer

About the job

Responsibilities: • Build robust backend features using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and Redis • Own full-stack feature delivery, including frontend components (Hotwire or React) • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in sprints • Write clean, testable code using RSpec or Minitest • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs • Frontend proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Hotwire or React • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq • Clear communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
