Job description: The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building high-level client relationships, identifying new markets, and expanding business in packaging solutions across India and overseas. Key Responsibilities • Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as FMCG, pharma, food & beverage, personal care, and chemicals • Lead end-to-end ... business development from lead generation to closing deals • Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients • Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 2+ years of experience in business development/sales in the packaging or manufacturing industry • Strong knowledge of PET, Glass, and HDPE packaging materials and applications • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office • Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions Language Requirements • Mandatory: • Fluency in English (spoken and written) • Fluency in Hindi (spoken) • Preferred (Added Advantage): • Malayalam • Telugu • Chinese Multilingual abilities will be a plus, especially for dealing with clients across regions and international markets.
