Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales professional based in Gandhidham. The Senior Sales role involves managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the market. The role requires creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing a sales team, and maintaining detailed records of sales leads and prospects. Collaborating with other departments to support customer needs and address inquiries is also essential. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities • Familiarity with the coal, logistics, or energy sector is highly preferred • Ability to work independently, manage sales targets, and thrive in a results-driven environment • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and tools for tracking leads • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred • Leadership and team management experience will be advantageous
