Role Overview The Sales & Business Development Executive will support ULIO’s growth by engaging with students, parents, schools, and partner organizations. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, product pitching, follow-ups, and conversions for ULIO’s student and premium offerings. You will work closely with the Sales, Counseling, and Operations teams and gain hands-on exposure to real sales processes in the education and career-guidance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Outreach (B2B & B2C) • Identify and connect with students, parents, schools, and tutoring partners • work closely with the manager and management • Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Maintain accurate lead details and interaction notes in the tracker/CRM 2. Product Pitching & Demo Support • Explain ULIO’s offerings (free trial, premium plans, counseling support) clearly • Schedule demos or counseling sessions with the internal team • Handle basic queries related to features, pricing, and process 3. Sales Follow-ups & Conversion Support • Regular follow-up with interested leads to drive conversions • Coordinate with counselors to close paid plans • Track lead status: contacted, interested, converted, dropped 4. Partner & Business Development Support • Reach out to schools, coaching centers, and education partners • Support partnership discussions and onboarding activities • Assist in event outreach, workshops, and student engagement drives 5. Reporting & Process Discipline • Share daily activity reports and weekly performance updates • Maintain clean records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes • Meet defined weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions Performance KPIs (Measured Weekly/Monthly) • Number of outbound calls/messages made • Qualified leads generated • Demo/counseling sessions scheduled • Conversions to paid plans • Partner leads initiated • Quality of follow-ups and reporting discipline Required Skills & Qualifications • Prefer MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • At least 3+ years of relevant sales/business development experience within education field • Proven negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning abilities. • Excellent communication skills and executive presence. • Strong analytical and market research capabilities. • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. • Ability to work independently and in leadership roles.
