Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales & Client Management Manager who will be primarily responsible for converting qualified leads generated by the marketing team (online and offline) into paying clients. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership—from lead engagement and closure to long-term client relationship management and account growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales Closure • Actively engage and convert online and offline leads generated by the marketing team into confirmed clients. • Follow up on inbound leads from digital campaigns, events, referrals, walk-ins, and partnerships. • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services. • Conduct sales meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations to close deals. • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high lead-to-conversion ratio. Client Management & Relationship Building • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients post-conversion. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally. Account Growth & Retention • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients. • Conduct periodic reviews to understand client satisfaction and future needs. • Ensure repeat business and referrals from existing clients. Reporting & Coordination • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions in CRM systems. • Track lead status, conversion rates, and revenue generated. • Share feedback with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, lead conversion, and client management. • Strong experience in handling inbound leads and closing deals. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work closely with marketing teams and follow structured sales processes. • Strong time management and follow-up discipline. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in professional services, finance, recruitment, education, or consulting industries. • MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales / Marketing is an added advantage.
