Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 10-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a senior role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
