Job Description – Senior Sales Coordinator Mpower India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Coordinator with strong exposure to the power backup, electrical equipment, machinery, and solar solutions industry. The role demands technical expertise, structured coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to drive sales operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, execution, and post-sales coordination • Maintain accurate and structured sales records, MIS reports, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly performance tracking for senior management • Prepare, review, and manage technical presentations, proposals, quotations, and supporting sales documents • Act as a central point of coordination between sales, service, accounts, stores, and logistics teams • Ensure timely order closure, dispatch planning, delivery tracking, and proactive communication with customers regarding delays or changes • Support senior management in strategic planning, sales target setting, and performance reviews • Monitor and control inventory levels, product availability, and new product/service launches • Ensure compliance with company processes, pricing approvals, documentation, and reporting standards • Attend mandatory sales reviews, product trainings, and internal strategy meetings • Handle escalated customer communications via email and phone, ensuring high service standards and issue resolution Candidate Requirements: • Mandatory experience in Sales & Service within Electrical, Machinery, Power Backup (UPS, Inverters, Batteries), or Solar Power Solutions • Strong technical knowledge of power backup systems and related electrical products • Proven ability to handle senior-level coordination, MIS reporting, and management communication • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up capabilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines • High level of professionalism, accountability, and process discipline
