Our client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding, remote-first sales team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth for our cutting-edge (Industry/Product Type) solutions. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills, proactive approach, and deep understanding of sales methodologies to identify and engage prospective clients across various markets. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in India, with a strong emphasis on virtual collaboration and success. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and articulate how our client's solutions can provide value. Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaign execution. Develop and refine sales pitches, messaging, and outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our client's product offerings. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market insights and customer needs. Mentor junior SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to team knowledge. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar lead generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a remote sales environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects. • Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting. • Proactive, resilient, and possess a positive attitude towards challenges. • Ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner. • Experience in using sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first culture.
