Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance. • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team and individuals. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for enterprise-level clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration. • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective lead generation and nurturing programs. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management on a regular basis. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence within the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales processes and methodologies. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fully remote sales environment. • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
