About the job
• Customer Acquisition: Bringing in new CASA (Current Account Savings Account) customers and sourcing high-quality corporate salary accounts. • Product Sales: Actively selling and cross-selling various bank products like insurance, ULIPs, SIPs, mortgages, and mutual funds. • Customer Relationship Management: Managing an assigned customer base, resolving queries, and ensuring account activation (UPI, balance maintenance). • Lead Generation: Conducting micro-marketing activities, cold calls, and leveraging local networks for new leads. • Sales Targets: Meeting individual and branch sales targets for profitability. • Compliance: Strictly following KYC norms, banking regulations, and internal policies. • Field Activities: Engaging in corporate events, customer onboarding, and local area outreach. Key Skills & Focus Areas: • Strong sales and convincing skills. • Good area knowledge for lead generation. • Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. • Understanding of banking products and financial services. Work Environment: • Involves travel within the city for sales activities. • Requires working in coordination with branch teams.
