Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Karnal. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and staying up to date with industry trends to provide tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets • Solid understanding of water and wastewater treatment products, industrial equipment, or related fields • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies • Experience with CRM and sales tools is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
