Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odisha, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, crafting and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth. Qualifications • Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management • Proficiency in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service • Knowledge of market trends and ability to conduct Market Analysis and Strategy Development • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills • Prior experience in the welding or manufacturing industry is a plus • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work in a collaborative environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
