Senior Sales Executive
About the job
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Senior Sales Executive to handle architect coordination, client follow-ups, proposal handling, BOQ support, and project-related communication. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate smoothly between the sales and project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with architects. • Deliver sales pitches and invite clients to the experience centre. • Conduct online/offline meetings with clients and architects to introduce solutions and discuss site scopes. • Follow up with clients/architects to collect deals and negotiate terms. • Collect client requirements and revise proposals based on feedback. • Coordinate sales team meetings and assist in follow-up for closures. • Explain BOQ and drawings to project coordinators. • Manage BOQ add-ons, corrections, and updates. • Track project status and update architects accordingly. • Handle payments, documentation, and product order processing. • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients. • Manage client/architect feedback and forward service-related requests to project engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / architect handling • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Good understanding of BOQ and project workflows (preferred) • Proficiency in MS Office
