This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dadri, for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, negotiating and closing sales, pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and leading client presentations. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients will be a key part of the day-to-day activities. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Knowledge of market analysis, competitor strategies, and sales forecasting • Ability to meet targets and deliver under deadlines with problem-solving aptitude • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite • Leadership abilities and prior experience in mentoring or leading a team is a plus • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is an advantage • Previous experience in real estate or related industry preferred but not mandatory.
