Job Description We are seeking a performance-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development initiatives across Kerala. The role involves identifying and securing new corporate and commercial opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across HVAC, refrigeration, and cold chain solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets • Identifying new market segments, corporate accounts, and rate contract opportunities • Preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with leadership and project teams • Conducting site visits, solution scoping, and client presentations • Achieving defined revenue and margin targets • Collaborating with service and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction • Strengthening long-term AMC and after-sales relationships Qualifications • Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management • Strong understanding of structured sales processes and CRM discipline • Prior experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, refrigeration, or building services preferred • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Commercial awareness with ability to identify growth opportunities • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capability • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred) • Willingness to travel across Kerala Perks & Benefits • Health Insurance Coverage • Life Insurance Coverage • Educational Support for Children • Conveyance Allowance • Repair & Maintenance Support • Annual Performance Bonus • Festival Allowance
