💎 Senior Sales Executive- Jewellery Store At ORNAZ, we’re re-imagining what it means to buy fine jewellery in India. Our boutique isn’t just a store – it’s an experience. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can combine operational excellence with a warm, customer-first approach to make every visit unforgettable. 🚀 What You’ll Do • Lead daily store operations – opening, closing, inventory, and visual merchandising. • Deliver a premium customer experience, guiding clients through their journey from walk-in to purchase and beyond. • Manage sales targets and report on performance metrics. • Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver excellence. • Coordinate with production & logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries. • Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards. 🎯 What You’ll Gain • A leadership role in a fast-growing luxury D2C brand. • Experience in retail management, customer delight, and team leadership. • Exposure to the world of fine jewellery, design, and brand building. ✅ You Should Apply If • You have 2–3 years of working experience with retail jewellery brands. • You are passionate about customer experience and premium brand storytelling. • You are organized, target-driven, and a natural leader. • You are fluent in English & Hindi (extra languages are a plus!).
