The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities within residential and commercial real estate. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, developing client relationships, negotiating deals, delivering presentations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and uphold company standards will also be required. Qualifications• Strong sales acumen with expertise in negotiation, client management, and closing sales• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships• Understanding of residential and commercial real estate markets, including market trends and patterns• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work effectively in a team• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred• Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
