Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs. Additional responsibilities include: • Achieving sales targets • Negotiating contract terms • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities • Presenting comprehensive sales reports and strategies to stakeholders. The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented individual with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills • Ability to Analyze Market Insights and Create Strategic Plans • Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Data Analysis • Ability to set and achieve sales targets, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) • Prior experience in a similar role or in a related industry • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
